Job summary

BXP, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations and tenant relations across a multi-tenant office portfolio. You will oversee budgets, CapEx, vendor contracts, and staff, ensuring NOI goals are met and service levels exceed expectations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in property management, a BA/BS, and CPM/RPA preferred, with LEED knowledge and strong MS Office skills. Valid driver's license and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required; real estate or business background preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
  • RPA® and/or CPM® certification preferred; LEED knowledge desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and life-safety protocols.
  • Ability to work autonomously or with a team and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead property management team and coordinate with internal/external groups to achieve results.
  • Maintain tenant relations and improve service delivery and collections processes.
  • Develop annual operating and CapEx budgets; monitor NOI and financial reporting.
  • Manage contracts, procurements, and vendor payments per policy.
  • Oversee property operations, safety, sustainability programs, and documentation.
