The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in property management, including construction management and leasing experience of Class A properties.
• Detail-oriented individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and execute emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement staff planning and development programs.
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews and salary recommendations.
• Monitor payroll and manage staff operations including leasing and marketing.

Skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Strong PC skills and Excel proficiency

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or related field

CPM and/or RPA designation
