Plymouth Rock Assurance, based in Boston, seeks a Marketing Cloud & Automation Specialist to build and optimize emails and automated journeys across Independent Agent, Partner, and Direct channels. You will implement dynamic content, track performance, and use AI tools to streamline processes within our Marketing Operations & Automation team.

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email development or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building responsive email templates.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including building emails, journeys, and automations.
• Working knowledge of AMPscript for personalization and SQL for segmentation and reporting.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, including personalization, testing, and accessibility.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach to building and testing.
• Ability to manage multiple requests at once and keep stakeholders informed on status and timelines.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain responsive email templates in Marketing Cloud with HTML/CSS/AMPscript.
• Develop automated journeys and campaigns for Independent Agent, Partner, and Direct channels.
• Write SQL queries and work with data extensions for segmentation.
• Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, and channel teams on tracking and measurement.
• Manage multiple builds across channels with clear timelines and stakeholder updates.
• Follow QA standards, accessibility guidelines, and performance best practices.
