Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a Marketing Cloud & Automation Specialist to build, test, and deploy emails and automated journeys across Independent Agent, Partner, and Direct channels from a Boston base.

You will use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPscript, and SQL to personalize content, measure performance, and optimize campaigns with QA checks and AI-assisted processes. Collaboration with CRM, Analytics, and marketing teams is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in email development or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building responsive email templates.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including building emails, journeys, and automations.
• AMPscript for personalization and SQL for segmentation and reporting.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, including personalization, testing, and accessibility.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain responsive email templates using HTML/CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, QA with Litmus, and ensure accessibility and performance.
• Develop and deploy automated campaigns and journeys across Independent Agent, Partner, and Direct channels, from intake to launch and monitoring.
• Create dynamic content blocks for segmentation and personalized messaging; define rules and fallback logic.
• Write SQL queries and manage data extensions to support audience building and reporting.
• Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, and channel teams to ensure tracking and measurement requirements are met.
• Manage multiple builds across channels and communicate timelines and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to design automated QC processes and build compliant, efficient workflows.
