Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation in Boston seeks a Marketing Cloud & Automation Specialist to join our Home Marketing team. You will build, test, and maintain email campaigns and automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, support audience segmentation, and apply AI-driven processes to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in email development or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building responsive email templates.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including building emails, journeys, and automations.
• Working knowledge of AMPscript for personalization and SQL for segmentation and reporting.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, including personalization, testing, and accessibility.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach to building and testing.
• Ability to manage multiple requests at once and keep stakeholders informed on status and timelines.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using Litmus for QA and rendering checks.
• Build, QA, and deploy automated and triggered campaigns and journeys for all channels, from requirements to launch and monitoring.
• Use AI tools to design automated QC processes, validate steps, and reduce manual steps in production.
• Set up A/B tests across templates, subject lines, assets, offers, and CTAs; analyze results and translate into recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, data privacy and tracking requirements; monitor performance and governance.
