Job summary

Signify is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Boston, MA area to commission lighting control systems, troubleshoot, and program equipment. The role includes traveling up to 80% and providing customer training and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites to commission installed lighting control systems and perform troubleshooting and programming.
• Gather data for project commissioning and complete required paperwork.
• Submit site visitation documentation to support centers for ongoing service.
• Assist with training field support or lighting representatives.
• Provide backup phone support for lighting control products when not on-site.
