ClickUp is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a pod of recruiters and own quota-carrying GTM roles across multiple hiring managers in the Boston GTM hub. You will drive AI-forward recruiting strategies, scale talent communities, and partner closely with sales leadership to forecast and build pipelines.

You will coach, hire, and develop the team, owning end-to-end processes from intake to close, while building for the future of recruiting with AI-enabled workflows and public-facing

Competenze

• Deep track record hiring quota-carrying sales and GTM roles in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience leading or managing recruiters while carrying your own reqs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• AI builder and evangelist; built agents, skills, and workflows your team actually adopted.
• Strong GTM network; bonus for New England and a track record building talent communities or events that generate pipeline.
• Trusted partner to sales leaders and cross-functional partners who runs a flawless hiring process today while planning for what's next.
• Strong data fluency, complex negotiation and pre-IPO equity expertise, and flawless ATS hygiene.
