ClickUp is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a recruiters pod and own GTM hiring across multiple managers and regions in the Boston area. You will recruit quota-carrying GTM roles, partner with sales leaders, and drive the AI-forward approach to recruitment.

You will build the Boston GTM talent hub through events, talent communities, and brand activations while ensuring a fast, high-quality candidate experience and data-driven processes.

Qualificações

• Deep track record hiring quota-carrying sales and GTM roles in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience leading or managing recruiters while carrying your own reqs in a fast paced environment.
• AI builder and evangelist with practical AI agents/workflows adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach your team; run 1:1s, pipeline reviews, real-time feedback, performance conversations.
• Be a player coach; carry your own load of quota-carrying GTM roles from intake to close.
• Build an AI-forward recruiting approach and build in public, sharing wins and learnings.
• Make Boston ClickUp's GTM talent hub by writing the talent community playbook and coordinating events.
• Be a true partner to sales leaders and cross-functional teams, driving proactive talent strategy.
• Run your pod on data; own reporting and forecasting, and be the source of truth for funnel.
