Responsibilities

• Handle employment-related litigation from intake to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other filings.
• Manage discovery, including document review and ESI.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Advise clients on day-to-day workplace issues and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.
