Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to eight years of experience in employment law.
• Proven experience representing employers in employment disputes.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts; additional state Bar admissions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise employment policies, handbooks, and agreements.
• Provide counseling on HR and employment compliance matters.
• Litigate employment cases, including wrongful termination and discrimination.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including depositions and trials.
• Prepare and analyze discovery productions.
• Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and updates.
