Qualifications

• One year of general work experience or education that demonstrates ability to learn regulations and maintain composure.
• Bachelor's degree or successful completion of a four-year course of study.
• Combination of experience and education may be used to meet requirements.
• For higher grades, specialized experience and education criteria apply (GL-7, GL-9, GS-11).

Responsibilities

• Detect and question individuals suspected of immigration or customs violations.
• Prevent and apprehend undocumented individuals near borders using various assets.
• Perform checks on farms, buildings, traffic, and during patrols.
• Patrol international boundaries and coastal waterways with government assets.
