Qualifications

• One year of general work experience or education substituting for experience.
• Bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
• Combination of experience and education will be evaluated from your resume and transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Detecting and questioning people suspected of immigration and customs violations and inspecting documents to determine citizenship or violations.
• Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers near borders using surveillance and night-vision equipment.
• Interpreting evidence of illegal entry and conducting checks at farms, buildings, traffic, and transportation.
• Patrolling international boundaries and coastlines using various assets to fulfill CBP mission.
