Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older
• Successful completion of all required background screenings
• Comfortable creating and posting both photo and short-form video content
• Basic short-form video skills (filming and light editing) no professional production experience required
• Clear, professional written communication skills
• Genuine familiarity with and enthusiasm for the store's product and community
• Sound judgment regarding what is appropriate to post and when to elevate rather than respond
• Ability to plan ahead using a content calendar and maintain a consistent cadence within existing work hours

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions and orders, including efficient cashiering.
• Promote products and membership/educational programs as part of sales.
• Balance cash drawer within policy guidelines.
• Merchandise and restock on the sales floor and maintain store cleanliness.
• Protect company assets and follow loss prevention standards.
• Assist in other departments and handle shipments as needed.
