The role involves selling products, supporting merchandising, stocking shelves, maintaining displays, assisting with inventory, and upholding loss-prevention standards while delivering a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older
• Successful completion of all background screenings
• Computer skills and cash register skills
• Previous retail sales experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, assist with orders, and cashier efficiently.
• Sell products and promote POS programs (Magazine program, Text 2 Mobile Program, Educator programs).
• Deliver and place product on sales floor per merchandising guidelines and timelines.
• Maintain and reset displays, shelve books, and perform store housekeeping as required.
• Follow loss prevention standards and act with integrity in all transactions.
• Assist in other departments (inventory, stocking, receiving, fixtures, restroom upkeep)
