Books-A-Million is hiring for an hourly associate at one of our 2nd & Charles locations in Auburn Hills, MI. You will greet customers, help them find books, and process sales on the register, ensuring a friendly and efficient checkout experience.

You will collaborate with teammates across departments, assist with merchandising, and participate in buyback and stocking tasks as needed. A positive, book-loving attitude helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at the register.
• Create inviting displays and assist with merchandising.
• Assist with inventory, receiving shipments, and store upkeep.
