Books-A-Million, in a 2nd & Charles store, seeks friendly associates for an hourly role on the sales floor and at the register. You’ll help customers find great reads, assist with buyback, and support store teams under the General Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.

Bring a love of books, strong customer service, and teamwork. You’ll create welcoming displays, keep shelves neat, and ensure fast, accurate checkout while protecting customers and the store’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience required
• 18 years of age or older
• Background screenings required

Responsibilities
