Books A Million is seeking a motivated Bookseller to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with books and merchandise. You will handle cash transactions, promote store programs, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Previous retail sales experience and customer service focus.
• Computer and cash register skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions and orders; provide exemplary customer service.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and balance drawer per shifts.
• Promote in-store programs and membership initiatives.
• Restock, merchandise, and tidy sales floor per merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and store housekeeping tasks.
