A Liberal Arts Associate’s degree with 3–5 years of public library experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license and proficient computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and 3–5 years of public library experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a 3-year driving record.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Pre‑employment drug screen and background check required.
• Willingness to drive bookmobile on scheduled routes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Extension Librarian with bookmobile and library station services.
• Support maintenance and operations of the bookmobile.
• Drive bookmobile on regularly scheduled routes.
• Perform general circulation duties and record-keeping.
• Register and assist patrons; select books and prepare notices.
• Assist with community programming and outreach.
