Job summary

Fourth Floor, a men''s apparel brand, is seeking a Bookkeeper in Secaucus for a full-time role. The candidate will handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and inventory management, and support month-end closes and audits.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration, strong Excel skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with discretion for confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR and inventory management preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory management.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.

• Previous Retail/Wholesale Fashion experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
