Qualifications

• 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• National bookkeeping and payroll certifications, or ability to obtain them, required.

Responsibilities

• Post financial transactions into subsidiary books and general ledgers
• Reconcile and balance accounts
• Generate and analyze financial statements
• Prepare and process payroll
• Generate 1099s and W2s and calculate and prepare tax statements
• Communicate with clients, client suppliers, vendors and banking contacts
• Assist in client retention and client growth opportunities
