Job summary

The 4th Dimension Recovery Center is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll for our Oregon facilities. You will ensure accurate processing and reporting, supporting grant accounting and program budgets.

Strong experience with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Ramp is preferred. The role requires independence, reliability, and clear communication with diverse teams to uphold quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with audits.
• Intermediate experience with QuickBooks.
• Experience with credit card management software (Ramp).
• Ability to produce detailed reports and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable accurately and timely.
• Manage accounts receivable and donor invoicing.
• Prepare biweekly payroll for 100+ employees.
• Support month- and year-end financial processes.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies.
