Job description

Position: Office Manager Bookkeeper

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to keep our office operations running smoothly and ensure our financial processes are accurate and efficient.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Financial Management

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Handle bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records
  • Generate monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Track expenses and maintain organized documentation
  • Prepare and send customer invoices; follow up on outstanding payments
  • Manage customer deposits
  • Responsible for manufacturer rebates & Co-op management
  • Floorplan inventory payment management
  • Work closely with controller to support month-end close process

Office Management
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Support management with administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files and records

Requirements
  • Degree in accounting
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (required)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive mindset
  • Experience in the equipment, construction, or manufacturing industries is a plus
