ETI Inc is seeking a dependable Bookkeeper / Office Manager in Loveland, CO to manage the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of our office.
This role can be structured as either part-time or full-time, depending on experience. You will handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, deposits, reconciliations, payroll support, records management, and basic reporting to keep finances accurate and organized.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to manage the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of our office.
This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, maintain accurate financial records, and make sure important office and accounting tasks are completed on time. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, professional, good with numbers, and comfortable communicating with employees, customers, vendors, and management.
This position may be structured as either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's experience and availability.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Enter vendor invoices and bills accurately and on time.
Prepare and process customer invoices.
Record customer payments and deposits.
Make and track bank deposits.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger records.
Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and assist with collections.
Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
Assist with payroll preparation and payroll reporting.
Track employee time, PTO, reimbursements, and related records as needed.
Prepare basic weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
Assist with month-end and year-end accounting.
Work with the company's CPA, tax professionals, payroll provider, banks, and insurance providers as needed.
Maintain employee and personnel records.
Manage office files, documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Answer phones and assist customers and vendors when necessary.
Order office supplies and help manage normal office operations.
Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, payroll, and financial information.
Identify accounting or office issues and bring them to management's attention promptly.
Assist management with additional administrative and accounting projects as needed.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their position. This person should not need to be reminded repeatedly about deadlines or routine responsibilities.
The right person will be proactive, organized, accurate, and willing to communicate when they see a problem. We value someone who looks for ways to make the office more efficient rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
This position can be structured as either:
Part-Time: Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours per week
Final schedule will depend on experience, qualifications, and the needs of the company.
