We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee the administrative and financial operations of our construction business. This role encompasses bookkeeping, accounting, and general office management. You will be responsible for managing financial reports (Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, others by request), accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and maintaining accurate and organized financial records, while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Your duties will include reviewing accounting records for accuracy, tracking invoices and payments, and maintaining an organized system for company documents.
This is a hybrid role, working in the office and working from home.
