Universal Management Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and provide timely reporting for management. The role emphasizes governmental accounting knowledge and strong software proficiency with Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts including governmental accounting.
• Proficiency with Sage, QuickBooks and Xero essential.
• Experience with journal entries, balance sheet and account reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with high attention to detail.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and governmental regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and improvements.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Provide timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
