Apex Financial Solutions in Chicago seeks a detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our finance team. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, maintain ledgers, and ensure GAAP compliance in a collaborative office environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
• Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation filings.
• Monitor expenses and assist in budget planning for clients.
• Ensure all financial documentation is organized and GAAP-compliant.
