Job summary

Innovative Packaging Solution, Inc in Temecula, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, process daily transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, and support month-end and year-end close in a fast-paced packaging distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and GL accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel with formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Verify PO, receiving docs, and invoices for proper approval.
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACHs, and wires for CEO.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate customer invoices and statements; post payments.
• Monitor aging, follow up on balances, and resolve billing issues.
• Record daily transactions and maintain GL; reconcile accounts.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closings and reporting.
• Support inventory reconciliations and cost reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow, and process improvements.
