Green Bay Packaging, Pinecrest Lumber, is seeking an Accountant to join our family-oriented Accounting team. The role focuses on accounts payable, inventory management, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in Acumatica and advanced Excel, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of general accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Acumatica and advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong attention to detail with analytical problem-solving and willingness to take on new duties.
• High ethical standards and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily billing using Legna lumber software.
• Reconcile customer purchase orders, bills of lading and invoices.
• Review aging reports and identify past due accounts.
• Enter invoices for payment into Acumatica accounting software.
• Reconcile vendor purchase orders, receiving reports and vendor invoices.
• Prepare and post journal entries for accurate financial reporting.
• Close month-end with inventory and sales reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support year-end audits with inventory counts and financial documentation.
