Job summary

Kelly+Partners is seeking a Bookkeeper to support both clients and the internal team in a professional services environment. You will manage AP/AR, perform reconciliations, assist with payroll and payroll tax, and prepare financial reports. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and process daily financial transactions
• Assist with payroll processing, payroll tax requirements, and related compliance obligations
• Prepare and review financial reports and supporting documentation
• Support clients with bookkeeping, accounting software, and day-to-day financial inquiries
• Monitor deadlines and manage multiple client engagements to ensure timely completion of work
• Coordinate client information, maintain digital records, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
• Support the team with operational and administrative tasks as required
