Job summary

CFS in Tampa, FL is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper to join our hands-on team. You will manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support ongoing cash flow initiatives using Lightspeed and CDK.

You will handle AP/AR, process invoices, assist with month-end close, and contribute to process improvements across accounting and business operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with AP and AR responsibilities.
• Experience using Lightspeed and/or CDK software required.
• Strong reconciliation, data entry, and general ledger skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Process invoices, payments, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
