Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience preferred as accountant/bookkeeper or similar.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions for multiple clients in QuickBooks and Gusto.
• Verify the accuracy of entered transactions.
• Reconcile monthly statements (bank, credit cards, others).
• Assist with payroll reporting and account reconciliations.
• Assist with onboarding new clients.
• Prepare trial balance.
• Analyze budgets and financial information.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Complete required tax forms.
