Reimagined Parking is seeking a Bookkeeper to join the Operations team at the Houston location. You will maintain financial records, issue invoices, manage accounts receivable, and support audits with accurate data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior experience in accounts reconciliation or accounts receivable is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check must be passed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a transactional environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers on a timely basis.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and pursue timely collections.
• Record receivables in PARIS or DARMA.
• Record daily cash receipts and deposits with accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash funds.
• Assist with audits and corporate reporting and variance tracking.
• Provide professional, courteous service for billing inquiries.
