SP+ is seeking a finance and customer service associate in Austin, TX. You will support accounts receivable, payroll processing, and daily customer interactions to ensure smooth parking operations.

The role requires accuracy in bookkeeping and proficiency with Excel/Word, plus strong communication. This position is based in-office in Austin, with opportunities across a large network of parking locations.

Qualifications

• Must be professional with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Email; bookkeeping and AS400 experience a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable and log monthly parker payments.
• Calculate payroll for downtown locations.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, assist walk-in customer inquiries and transactions.
• Assist Facility Manager with administrative duties and issue resolution.
