Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Houston is seeking a Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, bill customers, and manage accounts receivable. You will work closely with the Location Manager and Operations team to support audits and deliver clear financial insights.

This role focuses on invoicing, reconciliations, cash handling, and daily postings; strong Excel and accounting software skills are required to ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have bookkeeping or related experience.
• Experience with accounts reconciliation/AR/general accounting.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactional work.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers on time.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and pursue collections.
• Record receivables in PARIS or DARMA.
• Record daily cash receipts and deposits.
• Maintain organized accounting records for audits.
• Support corporate reporting and audits.
