Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting or Procurement Clerk, or as a Bookkeeper.

Responsibilities

• Obtain requisitions from department managers or employees.
• Create purchase orders as requested by each department.
• Monitor, confirm and post receipts of goods and services.
• Monitor purchase orders for all departments, follow up on subscription renewals, and close PO’s.
• Open and manage internal orders (IO) and update budgets on IO’s.
• Run fixed asset depreciation and manage asset capitalization/disposals in SAP.
