What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Provide weekly financial updates and prepare monthly reports for clients to aid in decision-making
- Review the work of junior bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and facilitate their learning
- Conduct complex QuickBooks Online clean-ups and maintenance to ensure compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-7 years of bookkeeping experience across various industries, including professional services, marketing, and retail
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and desktop, including complex reconciliations
- Strong communication skills to explain financial data clearly to clients
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and reports
- Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a remote work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience in client-facing roles where financial insights were provided
