Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Virtual

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you oversee customer billing and assist with project and GL accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit billings to customer
• Cash receipts, collections review, and analysis
• Project setup review/assist PM’s
• Lead and Support Project Forecasting and Planning in Unanet
• Assist with month-end close
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Payroll
• Review of financials
• Balance Sheet reconciliation/Bank reconciliation
• New Hire setup Unanet
• Other duties as assigned
