Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.
• Process cash receipts, journal entries, accounts payable activities, and support accounts receivable functions.
• Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing for approximately 70-80 employees, including payroll review and workers' compensation support.
• Import data from POS systems into the accounting platform, verify information, and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Support a phased training process, beginning with cash receipts and progressing into accounts payable and payroll responsibilities.
