Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our hospitality-focused team in South Orlando, onsite. The role supports multiple entities and spans cash management, AP/AR, payroll support, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of bookkeeping or transactional accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage records across multiple entities as the company expands its portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.
• Process cash receipts, journal entries, and support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing, payroll review, and workers' compensation reporting.
• Import and reconcile POS system data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support month-end close processes and participate in a structured training program that expands responsibilities over time.
