Job description

Heafey Group, a privately held real estate and hospitality company, is hiring a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team in Edgewater, Miami. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday role — ideal for a detail-oriented professional with accounting experience who wants to grow with a stable, well-established group.

What you’ll do

• Process accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
• Receive payments & prepare bank deposits
• Prepare and post payroll entries
• Record journal entries, support month-end close and year-end close
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting

What we're looking for

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Bilingual English/Spanish — a plus

What we offer

• $50,000 – $65,000 per year, based on experience
• 2 weeks paid time off and 1 week sick days per year (after 90-day probation)
