Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
• Post and reconcile payments, deposits, and bank transactions in a timely manner.
• Assist with account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding payment activity and account inquiries.
• Support month-end closing processes and other bookkeeping/accounting functions as needed.
