Job summary

Bottles Beverage Superstore is seeking an entry-level bookkeeper in Greenville, SC for a part-time, data-entry driven role. You will handle inventory check entries, process payments, upload bank data and scan invoices, and record daily sales and COGS journal entries.

Responsibilities include weekly/monthly audits of journal entries, sales tax, and transfers. Must be comfortable working independently and have prior QuickBooks experience and basic accounting knowledge.

Position Summary

This is an entry-level bookkeeping position and is primarily data entry and audit.

• entering checks for inventory deliveries, processing ACH payments, uploading bank data, invoice scanning, daily sales and cost of goods sold journal entries, and weekly/monthly audits of journal entries, sales tax and transfers.

This is a part-time position and must be available between the hours of 8am-4pm Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Requirements

• Previous experience using QuickBooks and basic accounting knowledge is a must.
• Comfortable working independently

Pay is dependent upon experience, starting at $16.50/hour
