Job summary

Burnetts Staffing in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the complete accounting cycle in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site role handles AP/AR, payroll, financial statements, bank reconciliations, and tax filings while maintaining precise records.

You will support month-end and year-end closes, monitor cash flow, oversee fixed assets, and assist with audits, partnering with leadership on budgeting and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping including GL, AP/AR, payroll.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting software, Excel, and business apps.
• Strong organization and cross-functional collaboration with leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and full accounting cycle.

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper in Dallas, Tx to manage the complete accounting cycle in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations, tax filings, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will support month-end and year-end close activities, monitor cash flow, account for fixed assets, and assist with audits while partnering with leadership on budgeting and financial analysis. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Dropbox, and accounting software, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, inventory accounting, payroll, and financial reporting




• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation, with proficiency in accounting/ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and other business applications




• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
