Burnetts Staffing in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the complete accounting cycle in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site role handles AP/AR, payroll, financial statements, bank reconciliations, and tax filings while maintaining precise records.

You will support month-end and year-end closes, monitor cash flow, oversee fixed assets, and assist with audits, partnering with leadership on budgeting and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping including GL, AP/AR, payroll.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting software, Excel, and business apps.
• Strong organization and cross-functional collaboration with leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and full accounting cycle.
• Prepare financial statements and perform bank reconciliations.
• Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and fixed asset tracking.
• Support month-end and year-end closes and budgeting with leadership.
• Conduct audits support and provide financial analysis
