Job summary

Slaton Financial Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a seasoned Bookkeeper to join our team. You will handle full charge bookkeeping, payroll reporting, and prepare client financial statements.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience, strong organizational skills, and high proficiency with Excel. You will reconcile client bank accounts, perform journal entries, and manage payroll processing in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Clients Bank Account(s).
• Computerization, Journal entries, and using excel
• Communicate with clients to answer questions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Preparation of 941 and Payroll Deposits, State Unemployment, 940, Sales Tax
• Training on Successful and Proven Software Provided
• Payroll Processing
