Job summary

Crossroads Pet Resort in Stanton, CA seeks a reliable Bookkeeper to manage daily finances, keep accurate records, and support our growing team.

You will enter transactions in QuickBooks Desktop, reconcile accounts, process payroll, generate P&L and balance sheet reports, and assist with budgeting and year-end work with our accountant.

This on-site, part-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to work closely with a small, pet-loving team.

Qualifications

• Has bookkeeping or accounting experience; QuickBooks Desktop a must.
• Understanding small business finance; accuracy is your superpower.
• Can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Record daily business transactions in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
• Process payroll.

Location: Stanton | Hours: Part Time

Do you love pets and numbers? Crossroads Pet Resort needs a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help keep our paws—and finances—in order!

About Us: We’re an established pet resort offering daycare, boarding, grooming, and training with nearly 30 years of experience. We take pride in giving pets a safe, fun place to stay and helping our team (both furry and human) grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Record daily business transactions in QuickBooks
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
• Process payroll
• Generate and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
• Support budgeting and cash flow tracking with the general manager/owner
• Work closely with our accountant at year-end

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
