Live Nation Concerts in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Booking Coordinator to support the booking team with deal sheets, venue holds, and artist coordination. You will liaise between artists, venues, and internal staff to ensure on-sale dates and show confirmations are accurately executed.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience with Outlook/Excel and contract processes in a dynamic live entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of assistant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with contracts and venue/artist coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare deal sheets, maintain Rome templates.
• Obtain holds from venues and coordinate announcements.
• Support settlements and administrative tasks.
• Research and prospect new artists for the team.
