The candidate brings 1–2 years of backstage/production or hospitality experience, with 1 year in leadership, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. You will help coordinate catering, gear, and artist relations during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of backstage/production or hospitality experience.
• 2–3 years of work experience in a comparable role.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain back-of-house hospitality expectations and goals.
• Pre-Season: inventory prep, ordering, and season scheduling with GM approval.
• Create a warm, welcoming backstage atmosphere and ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Production and Catering to meet rider requirements.
• Support post-event service recap and continuous improvement efforts.
