Job summary

DivaDance Columbus is seeking a Party & Group Sales Specialist to drive private party and group event bookings. This role is 100% commission-based and focused exclusively on parties and group experiences.

You’ll be reaching out to event planners, venues, and businesses, following up on leads, and coordinating with the DivaDance team to finalize bookings. This is a flexible, part-time remote opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own leads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage event planners and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with incoming party and group leads.
• Reach out to wedding planners, bridal businesses, venues, event professionals, and wedding-related companies.
• Prospect local businesses for corporate team-building opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential referral partners.
• Follow up consistently with interested groups.
• Answer questions and help potential clients choose the right experience.
• Coordinate with the DivaDance team to get events officially booked.
• Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Consistently look for new ways to generate party and group bookings.
