Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Store Management experience and a dedication to customer experience excellence.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology including smartphones, tablets and Windows-based systems.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership team to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Conduct weekly workload planning with store leadership and regional partners.
• Develop action plans, set priorities, coach for performance and results.
• Manage annual expense budgets and scheduling to align with business needs.
• Elevate merchandising and visuals to brand guidelines and ensure product presentation accuracy.
• Ensure loss prevention, safety, and security protocols are followed.
• Support recruiting and interviews to fill open positions with a strategic plan.
• Oversee onboarding to deliver service, selling and operational excellence.
• Foster team culture, retention and engagement through recognition.
• Lead adoption and optimization of store systems and processes.
